Experience: 6 months – 1+ year
Job Type: Full-time | 5 Days Working
Key Responsibilities
- Bid on projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
- Write persuasive and customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Understand client needs and project scopes to submit accurate bids.
- Collaborate with the development team to prepare project plans and estimates.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the bidding process.
- Negotiate project terms and pricing for mutual benefit.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business.
- Stay updated with current trends and technologies in web and mobile app development.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1+ year of experience as an Online Bidder or Business Development Executive.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to understand client requirements and prepare competitive bids.
- Track record of winning and managing successful projects.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Comfortable working from the office (5 days a week).
