We are looking for a talented Online Bidder with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand client requirements, and expertise in generating business through bidding platforms.

Responsibilities

·
      Bid on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and others

·      Understand project requirements and prepare detailed proposals

·      Communicate with international clients

·      Maintain strong follow-up and convert leads into successful projects

·      Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate project estimates

·      Achieve monthly bidding and conversion targets

Requirements

·
      2–3 years of experience as an Online Bidder / Business Development Executive

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Ability to create professional proposals and responses

·      Understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, eCommerce, Design, etc.)

·      Strong negotiation and client-handling skills

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

·
      Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, PPH, etc.

·      Knowledge of web technologies: PHP, Laravel, React, WordPress, Shopify, etc.

·      Ability to meet deadlines and targets
