Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team at Klaimify. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and ensuring that Klaimify remains a people-first organization with a strong performance-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, ISO standards, and company policies.
- Draft HR policies, SOPs, and process documents.
- Performance & Engagement
- Support managers in performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, appraisals).
- Drive employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and culture initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances with empathy and professionalism.
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions.
- Support continuous professional development aligned with organizational goals.
- General HR Administration
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
- Support audits and certifications related to HR functions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (freshers with strong internship background may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems (ERPNext knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
