Job Title: Senior Executive – HR

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Executive – HR to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance, while supporting organizational growth and building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Support performance management processes and training initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare regular reports for management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR functions (recruitment, operations, and compliance).
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
