An HR Manager in the real estate industry is responsible for managing all human resources functions including talent acquisition for roles like real estate agents project managers and construction workers and compliance with labor laws like the BOCW Act They also oversee employee relations compensation benefits and training to support the organization s strategic goals and create a positive work environment Key responsibilities Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract skilled talent for roles across the real estate sector such as construction design sales and project management Employee Relations and Engagement Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and grievance handling to foster a positive and productive work environment Develop and implement programs to improve employee motivation and retention Performance Management Establish and oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and supports career development HR Compliance and Legal Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws such as the BOCW Act EPF and ESI and maintain compliant employee records Compensation and Benefits Design and administer competitive compensation structures manage payroll and handle benefits administration Training and Development Plan and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge and develop leadership programs to nurture future leaders HR Strategy and Reporting Act as a strategic advisor to senior management report on HR metrics and trends and ensure HR initiatives align with the company s overall business strategy Qualifications and skills Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Proven experience as an HR Manager preferably with experience in the real estate or construction industry Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HR management software Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR management JOB APPLY http jobs vinayakjob com CONTACT DETAILS - Name - DIMPAL Number - 91 91099 99669
