Key Responsibilities:
- Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interactions with candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients/candidates.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding formalities and documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR administrative tasks.
- Learn and implement HR best practices under supervision.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Interest in recruitment and HR operations.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed Graduation / Post Graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Freshers passionate about HR can also apply.
