About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative to spearhead our growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating high-quality leads, nurturing relationships, and driving new business opportunities in Enterprise Cloud, ERP Consulting, and Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development initiatives focused on core offerings: Enterprise Cloud, ERP Consulting, and Managed Services across the US market.
  • Identify and explore target markets, building actionable prospect lists through research, cold calling, emailing, and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Generate leads and book meetings to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to align client requirements with tailored service offerings.
  • Secure new business through targeted prospecting, relationship building, and leveraging personal/professional networks.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales pitch to differentiate our solutions in competitive markets.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales (preferably in IT services or consulting).
  • Prior experience selling Enterprise Cloud, ERP, or Managed Services.
  • Proven track record in generating leads and booking meetings in the US market.
  • Proficiency with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc. and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Oracle experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with advanced research methods for lead generation.
