About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative to spearhead our growth in the US & Europe market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts across the US and European markets, focusing on our core service offerings.
- Research and identify target markets, building actionable prospect lists using tools, cold calls, and email outreach.
- Generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to match client requirements with the right service solutions.
- Drive new business growth through prospecting, relationship building, and leveraging networks.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches that clearly position our solutions against competitors
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales (preferably within IT services or consulting).
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and securing client meetings.
- Hands-on experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.
