About the Role:

As an Inside Sales Executive at Aalam Info Solutions LLP, you will be responsible for driving business growth by connecting with potential clients, building strong relationships, and converting leads into opportunities. This role demands excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills, as you will be the first point of contact representing our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Present products/services effectively and handle client objections.
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the business development team.
  • Maintain CRM records with accurate lead/prospect data.
  • Follow up regularly to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Generate dashboard report on the funnel of the lead conversion and CRM achievement.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors / Masters in sales & marketing or any related field.
  • 0 to 3+ proven experience in inside sales for IT/software products or services.
  • Excellent communication (spoken & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools Zoho is an advantage.
  • Freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome.
