We are seeking a Inside sales Specialist who will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and driving software product/service sales through effective telecalling. This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, customer-focused, and passionate about technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce SkyRich Tech Solution's software products and services.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos or sales meetings for the sales team.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert them into opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate database of leads, prospects, and call records in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine calling scripts and strategies.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Provide customer feedback to the product and marketing team to improve offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or telesales (preferably in software/IT industry).
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and regional languages (Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam preferred).
  • Basic understanding of software solutions, SaaS products, or IT services.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert cold calls into warm leads.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
  • Strong listening skills, patience, and customer-centric attitude.
