Responsibilities:
ü Preparing Demand Letters to customers
ü Preparing account statement
ü Collection of payments
ü Raising and Sending Receipts to customers once the payment received
ü Attending the and Sending emails to customers customer's Queries
ü Resolving customer legal queries by coordinating with the legal team.
ü Handling Customers Calls and customer care emails
ü Responsibility for reminding customers regarding the due date for payment.
ü Managing the customers of different categories on a regular basis/on demand.
ü Handling Pre Delivery Inspection and attending snag list of customers.
ü Collecting modification work/ snag list from customers for his flat and forwarding to the concerned person.
ü Handling Registration Formalities.
ü Preparing flat handing over documents to the customer
ü Responsibilities of handing over keys & possession letters to customers.
ü Maintaining customers' details in Excel sheet (master sheet).
ü Interdepartmental coordination and Coordinating with site team with individual customer flat completion.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
