About the Role:

We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation Expert who can build high-quality prospect pipelines through multi-channel outreach. You will be responsible for connecting with nurturing relationships and supporting the team with qualified leads.

This role is not suitable for SEO or PPC professionals.We are looking for candidates experienced in pure B2B lead generation and prospecting activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified B2B leads through email marketing, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Develop and manage targeted lead lists using CRM and automation tools.
  • Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and target accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel outreach and prospecting tools.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Marketing Agency environments.
  • Knowledge of CRM and automation workflows.
