Sales and Marketing Intern

ArtEastri is a growing handcrafted fashion and lifestyle brand working with artisans across Eastern India. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive & CRM to handle lead conversion, customer communication, and post-sale engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and B2B leads from platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
- Convert inquiries into qualified leads and confirmed orders.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and handle CRM follow-ups.
- Update lead status, feedback, and conversions in the sales tracker.
- Understand product details (handloom fabrics, sarees, dupattas, stoles, etc.) to explain features confidently.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements:
1–2 years of sales or telecalling experience (preferably in textiles, fashion, or B2B sales)
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali / regional languages
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
Basic computer and CRM handling skills
Passion for fabrics, fashion, and handcrafted products is a plus
