Overview: Jennifer Taylor Home, a leading manufacturer, importer, designer, and worldwide distributor of upholstered home furnishings, seeks a goal-driven Sales & Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team at our Bangalore, India location.

The Sales & Digital Marketing Associate will play a key role in driving lead generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement through digital channels. This role is perfect for a results-oriented professional with strong SEO, digital campaign management, and lead-nurturing skills. The ideal candidate thrives in both creative marketing and data-driven sales support.

Familiarity with premier furniture brands in the premier market is a strong plus. Strong English abilities and copywriting skill is also a plus.

This is a day shift role to support local business hours.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

· Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, social media, and other relevant platforms.

· Optimize website content, product listings, and campaigns for SEO to improve organic visibility.

· Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer outreach initiatives.

· Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.

Lead Generation & Sales Support

· Drive inbound leads through SEO, digital campaigns, and paid channels.

· Research and identify potential clients, partners, and sales opportunities.

· Qualify inbound and outbound leads and pass to sales team where relevant.

· Support business development initiatives, including outreach to potential partners and B2B clients.

· Maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate data and lead tracking.

Content & Branding

· Manage and grow Jennifer Taylor Home India's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).

· Write engaging copy for social posts, ads, and marketing campaigns.

· Create and edit visuals using Canva or other design tools.

· Assist in creating compelling content (blogs, social media, ads) aligned with brand voice.

· Collaborate with designers, product managers, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital marketing.


Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

· 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales support, or a related role (furniture or home décor industry a plus).

· Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and CRM platforms.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to write engaging marketing copy.

· Creative mindset with strong problem-solving and storytelling ability.

· Data-driven mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹42,932.54 per month
