  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, social media, email, and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee content creation including advertising, social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
  • Manage the marketing budget and optimize spend based on campaign performance and ROI analysis.
  • Track and report on marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to foster creativity, innovation, and professional development.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹26, ₹35,000.00 per month
