Job Description
Mediffic Life Sciences is hiring an experienced and performance-driven Area Business Manager (Pharma Sales) to lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives across multiple territories. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven success in pharmaceutical field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives.
- Conduct joint fieldwork, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Achieve area-wise monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Plan and implement effective sales strategies for assigned territories.
- Maintain strong relationships with key doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market insights.
- Conduct regular product and sales training sessions for the team.
- Execute CMEs, promotional events, and marketing initiatives.
- Review daily call reports, sales data, and documentation using MS Office tools.
- Ensure all team activities follow ethical and company guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area Business Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Undergraduate degree (Preferred: B.Sc or B.Pharma).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Strong leadership, team-handling, and analytical skills.
- Confident, disciplined, target-oriented, and professionally presentable.
- Must be willing to work in a field-based, on-site environment.
