Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Varanasi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives.
  • Build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
  • Ensure availability and visibility of products in the market.
  • Conduct regular field visits to support team members and monitor performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
  • Collect and share market feedback and competitor activities.
  • Ensure proper implementation of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or any relevant field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and healthcare professionals.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
