Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi for an Area Sales Executive. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Daily tasks include managing assigned accounts, visiting clients, tracking market trends, and executing sales strategies to build a strong market presence for Kapiva products. You will also monitor inventory, ensure timely delivery, and provide excellent customer service to support the brand's growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including generating leads, achieving sales targets, and expanding market reach.
- Client Relationship Management skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis skills to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a competitive market.
- Proven experience in FMCG or wellness product sales is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
