Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Regional Sales Manager
to oversee sales operations for our Beverage and FMCG products within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in channel management, distributor operations, team handling, and achieving sales targets within the FMCG/Beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the region.

Drive primary and secondary sales growth across all channels.

Identify business opportunities and expand market presence.

Distributor & Channel Management

Appoint, manage, and monitor distributors and stockists.

Ensure proper distribution, product availability, and market coverage.

Track inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.

Team Management

Lead, guide, and motivate Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.

Conduct regular performance reviews and sales training.

Ensure proper market visit plans and execution by the team.

Market Analysis & Strategy

Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.

Develop region-specific strategies to improve sales and brand visibility.

Provide regular MIS reports and market insights to management.

Promotions & Trade Marketing

Coordinate promotional activities, trade schemes, and visibility programs.

Ensure proper implementation of marketing campaigns at retail and distributor levels.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of sales experience in
Beverage or FMCG industry
.

Proven experience in managing regional sales operations.

Strong knowledge of distribution management and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
