We are Looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales teams, and developing business strategies for the assigned region specially Varanasi, Prayagraj, Kanpur, Sultanpur, Gorakhpur. In the garment industry, this involves managing relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and sometimes directly with large fashion chains. The RSM ensures revenue targets are met while maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Forecast demand and manage inventory accordingly.
Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and field staff.
- Set goals and performance metrics for the regional team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training.
Market Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Collect market intelligence (competitor analysis, pricing trends, and customer feedback).
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (retailers, distributors, buying houses, etc.).
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Any degree.
- 5–10 years of sales experience in the garment or textile industry.
- Proven track record of managing regional sales teams and achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of fashion retail, seasonal demand, and consumer behaviour.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50, ₹55,000.00 per month
