Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Kartik Steels
Location: Varanasi (covering Purvanchal districts)
About Us:
Kartik Steels is a leading distributor and retailer of TMT rebars, cement, and building materials in Eastern UP. We are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive sales and strengthen our dealer/distributor network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage dealer/sub-dealer network.
- Expand retail coverage and ensure product availability.
- Drive institutional/project sales with builders & contractors.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain credit discipline.
- Track competitor activity and provide market insights.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years' experience in steel/cement/building materials sales.
- Strong dealer network knowledge in UP/Eastern UP preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹240, ₹360,000.00 per year
