Position Objective and Overview of Role:
To meet the sales target of the Territory through effective planning and budgeting. Direct and oversee territorial sales objectives and initiatives, Improve Customer Satisfaction, increase Business Value and Volume in the given territory, Key Account Management.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales targets as per AOP through high performance and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction ensure that the business substantially increases sales, margins, market share and customer satisfaction in the given territory.
- Implement market-based strategy and execution in the region.
- Must possess the financial acumen and commercial flair needed to understand diverse market and identify potential opportunities and new Customers.
- Ability to set up and establish Primary and Secondary Channel Sales network. Managing forecast, setting-up of business plans, and pursuing business leads, Conduct joint business planning with distributors on a periodic basis.
- Develop new DB and appointment, build relationship to retain existing DB by discussing value based selling concept, Define winning strategies for partners.
- Market Analysis: Activates operation intelligence, benchmarking and analysis in order to identify best sales processes and practices, Assess and Analyse the market size and behaviour, accordingly to position the product for maximum penetration.
- Ensures company's value proposition for the segment is developed and well communicated (internally and externally).
- Regular Feedback to the Business Units/Product Groups on market developments and requirements.
- Ensure appropriate monthly and quarterly forecast/projection of products/inventory/stock to help factory to produce and make timely delivery of the products to the customer.
- Setting up strong review cadence and take the lead in resolving employee, customer's product, technical and commercial issues; Report market information to the regional leaders.
- Develop future Managers amongst TSIs, regular coaching and review of their development path.
- Timely closing the collection target allocated for the region and align team to achieve and focus on highlighted customers.
- Hiring the right skill and right time, suitable for the territory to support sales and achieve targets
- Take ownership and execute New Programs under Strategic Initiatives from Leadership
Qualifications:
Degree:
- Graduates / MBA
Experience & Skills :
- 8+ years' experience in the Channel Sales and Distribution network
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with the key stakeholders.

- Results orientation: drive to exceed goals & improve business practices for higher performance levels.
- Strategic orientation: define own plan within larger strategy & contribute to strategy beyond own area.
