Job Responsibilities
Business Objectives
- Drive Offline Sales for National Inventory using Indias partner profiles through effective planning, forecasting, and target setting for team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Indian Corporates, Travel Agents, Industry Influencers, and Key Strategic Partners to extract business for national destinations, while also onboarding new partners.
- Strategize milestones to ensure stable business volumes and future growth planning.
- Monitor and review team performance periodically to ensure high productivity.
- Plan and execute market visits within the assigned region.
- Maintain and review monthly Sales Tracker of accounts and targets.
- Share timely feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing, and other sales-influencing factors.
- Stay updated on competition and implement changes as required.
People Objectives
- Lead a team of 6+ on-roll members effectively.
- Ensure strong team building through recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring.
- Coach and empower team members on sales processes, product knowledge, OYO IT systems, and soft skills.
- Demonstrate a proven record of onboarding corporates.
- Support the team in negotiating and closing large deals.
- Facilitate periodic RCA & action planning for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sales-related stakeholders.
- Analyze sales performance against targets and manage outliers.
