Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Manager
with strong experience in the
FMCG and Beverage industry
to lead sales operations, manage distribution channels, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in channel sales, team management, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.

Manage and grow distributor, retailer, and channel partner network.

Identify new market opportunities and expand product presence in assigned territories.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend business improvements.

Lead, train, and motivate the field sales team to improve productivity and sales performance.

Ensure proper execution of trade marketing activities and promotions.

Maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and modern trade partners.

Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.

Ensure efficient order management, stock availability, and timely collections.

Work closely with marketing and operations teams for smooth business executio
