Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the Beverages and FMCG sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with a focus on measurable results and business excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share goals within the Beverages and FMCG segments.

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and industry insights.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure sustained business growth.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales client engagement.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to identify trends, pricing strategies, and emerging customer needs.

  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Product Development to align business objectives.

  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and business networking.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales or business development within the Beverages and/or FMCG sectors.

  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, distribution channels, and regional market dynamics.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and data-driven reporting tools.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a target-oriented environment.
