Area Sales Manager to contribute to our companys sales objectives. Your

responsibilities include supervising the sales team and building long-term client

relationships.

As an Area Sales Manager, you should use your creativity and thorough

knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth.

Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.

Objectives of this Role:

Able to appoint and manage Distributor also sales Team,

Minimum 18 days of retailing per month

Good Communication skill,

Ability to achieve target

Market understanding and Development

Detail Knowledge of sales and distribution planning

Motivate team and build capability

Candidate Requirement:

Experience: Minimum 5 Years in FMCG Food Industry

Qualification: Any Graduation or Any Master Degree

Pay Scale: 5 lacs to 8.5 lac Per Annum

Age: 30 years to 35 years

Gender: Male or Female Both

Skill:

Strong leadership skills and decision-making ability

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Presentation skills and Ability to build relationships

Ability to manage and lead a team
