About the Role

We are hiring passionate and customer-focused professionals for our
Fintech Process
with one of our reputed
MNC clients
. The role involves managing
Fintech Sales and Verification with Customer Service, Sales and Collections support
. Candidates with
prior experience in Customer Service (CS)
are preferred, while
freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude
are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle
    inbound and outbound calls
    related to Fintech products, including
    sales, verifications, and collections
    .
  • Perform
    KYC and customer verification
    as per financial and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Assist customers with product information, service queries, and issue resolution.
  • Manage
    sales closures
    ,
    cross-selling
    , and
    upselling
    opportunities for Fintech offerings (e.g., credit cards, loans, wallets, and payment solutions).
  • Follow up with customers for pending documents, payments, or verifications.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems.
  • Ensure adherence to
    quality, compliance, and service delivery standards
    .
  • Achieve defined performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, conversion rate, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:
    Graduate in any discipline (Undergraduates with experience may also apply).
  • Experience:
  • Customer Support (Voice / Non-Voice):
    Minimum 6 months to 3 years (Experience Mandatory).
  • Collections / Fintech Sales:
    Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Skillset:
  • Excellent
    communication skills
    (English and regional language preferred).
  • Strong
    sales and persuasion
    abilities.
  • Basic understanding of
    Fintech / Banking / Payment Solutions
    domain.
  • Computer proficiency with good typing speed.
  • Flexible to work in
    rotational shifts
    and weekends if required.
