Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.

- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; high school diploma may be acceptable with relevant experience.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, if required.
