Job Overview
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for a permanent part-time remote role. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), along with the ability to handle customer queries effectively. The role includes assisting customers via chat and phone, resolving issues, and managing appointment bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone calls.
- Understand and resolve customer queries in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Handle appointment booking and rescheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure smooth and positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support/chat/calling.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Must have a laptop/desktop and a stable high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with support/CRM tools.
- Positive, customer-first attitude.
