Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Windows Specialist specializing in IIS, Azure, and Databases. The Windows Specialist will manage and troubleshoot Windows-based systems, provide technical support, maintain infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of operating systems. This role requires hands-on experience with Internet Information Services (IIS), Microsoft Azure, and database management to support and optimize the overall IT environment.

Qualifications

  • Required 1 to 3 years of Experience.
  • Strong experience with Windows
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and providing technical support
  • Hands-on experience with IIS (Internet Information Services) and Microsoft Azure
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
