Troubleshooting systems and server problems.

Installing & trouble shooting client OS like Windows 11.

Configuring & managing Print server, printer drivers for network printer, shared printer in Windows.

Configuring the email clients like MS Outlook & email clients for Linux.

Troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop Hardware & Software & Network related problems.

Networking – ethernet and switches.

ICT support – helpdesk for users, remote support.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Experience on hybrid mode setup, integration capability, collaboration.

License management, tracking

Responsibilities

• Windows Server Management: Install, upgrade, and maintain Windows Server operating systems.
• System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to servers, desktops, laptops, and network devices.
• Client OS Support: Install and troubleshoot client operating systems, including Windows 11.
• Print Server & Printer Management: Configure and manage print servers, network printers, and printer drivers.
• Email Client Configuration: Set up and support email clients such as MS Outlook and Linux-based email clients.
• Hardware & Software Support: Provide troubleshooting for desktop, laptop hardware, software, and network-related problems.
• Networking: Manage and support Ethernet networks and switches.
• ICT Helpdesk Support: Deliver helpdesk and remote support services to end users.

Qualifications
Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering/Technology

Certification: Microsoft level / Network level
