Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment space.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR heads, and decision-makers.
- Pitch recruitment solutions including permanent staffing, contract staffing, RPO, and project-based hiring.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through client acquisition and account expansion.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential leads.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business development within the staffing/recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition models, and client expectations.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS systems.
- Network of HR professionals and corporate decision-makers.
- Strategic thinking and consultative selling approach.
