Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities. Tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies. The Sales Executive will also maintain CRM systems and provide regular reports on sales performance.

  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Strong understanding of Marketing and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze data
  • Proficiency in preparing Sales Presentations and Reports
  • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
