Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and attending trade shows and other industry events to network and promote the company's services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, client relationship management, and lead generation
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the real estate market and property tour coordination
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
