Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Sales Executive located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and reaching out to potential clients, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, and building and maintaining client relationships. The role involves assisting in developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets, while also providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing skills, including experience with lead generation and relationship building
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is preferred
  • Experience in the IT industry or knowledge of IT solutions is an added advantage
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a sales career
