Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and build lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, business acumen, and a passion for identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and email campaigns
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, tech) to support client requirements
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports
- Follow up on leads and drive them through the sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Keep records of sales and client interactions using CRM tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of digital tools and business platforms (LinkedIn, CRM, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working remotely with proper internet and communication setup
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
