- **Site Navigation and Functionality Planning**: Strategically plan the sitemap and design elements to offer a seamless and engaging user experience.
- **Responsive Design**: Craft designs that provide a fluid user experience across all devices, from desktops to smartphones and tablets.
- **Web Testing and Enhancement**: Regularly test the website’s performance, making necessary adjustments to improve functionality and user engagement.
- **Cross-Device Compatibility**: Guarantee optimal website performance across various mediums, ensuring accessibility and efficiency.
- **Design Excellence**: Merge visual and technical skills to achieve excellence in website design, from the initial concept to the final implementation.
- **Industry Trends**: Stay ahead with the latest trends, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our team of leaders, account managers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure projects are creatively and efficiently planned.

**As a Landing Page Designer, You Will**:

- Create responsive design mockups that focus on conversions and meet the client's objectives.
- Utilize competitor research and user persona analysis to inform design decisions.
- Produce wireframes and mockups using Figma, collaborating with developers to ensure designs are perfectly implemented.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience Requirement**: Minimum of 1 year in website and landing page design.
- **Tool Proficiency**: Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- **Design Understanding**: Deep understanding of the differences between landing pages and homepages, with a focus on responsive and conversion-focused designs.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to understand client briefs, target audiences, and the objective behind each project.
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Excellence**: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
