**About the Role**:
■You will be responsible for the design and development of high-converting landing pages that align with marketing campaigns and business objectives.

■You will write compelling and persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.

■Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand campaign goals and target audience needs.

■Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to optimize landing page performance.

■Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices in landing page optimization.
Manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages.
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for landing pages, including headlines, subheadings, calls to action, and product descriptions.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize landing page content for search engines.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to ensure seamless project execution.
Track and analyze landing page performance metrics (e.g.,
- Conversion rates, bounce rates, time on page) and use data to make informed optimization decisions.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in landing page design, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Landing Page Designer & Copywriter or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful landing page design and copywriting projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), etc.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
