**About Xploriz Digital (a part of Xploriz Markets)?**

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the client’s content requirements.
- Working closely with Graphics Designers to get the designs that generate great revenue for the client.
- Manage campaign deadlines and expectations, ensuring deliverables are being met and campaigns run efficiently.
- Revising copy based on internal and client feedback/direction.
- Attending weekly meetings and generating monthly reports.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience working in e-commerce or an agency.
- Ability to edit landing pages/Shopify pages, create discount codes on Shopify, etc.
- An understanding of brand positioning and a passion for the creating brands
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing environment.
- Experience with Google Analytics as a business intelligence tool is a nice-to-have.
- Familiarity with Slack for internal communications and Clickup for Project Management.
- Self-starter who uses initiative, with a passion for building, learning, and experimenting.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization and project management skills
- Hands-on experience in graphics designing
