
Email Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention).
- Plan, write, and optimize email campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, onboarding flows, and triggered/automated sequences.
- Segment audiences and personalize content to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate, conversions) to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, send times, etc.
- Maintain email list hygiene and ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging emails.
- Use marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign) to manage and optimize campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Strategist, Email Marketer, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with email platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Strong copywriting and content editing skills.
- Solid understanding of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven marketing practices.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
