About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads for our mobile app solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in email campaign management, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads for mobile app development services.
  • Build segmented email lists and create personalized campaigns for maximum engagement.
  • Write compelling email copy, subject lines, and CTAs to drive conversions.
  • Design and optimize email templates for better open and click-through rates.
  • Manage drip campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, ROI).
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creatives, and CTAs to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to align email campaigns with lead generation goals.
  • Research and implement new tools and strategies to improve email outreach and conversions.

Skills & Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Must have 02 to 04 years of experience in email marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing (preferably in IT or mobile app domain).
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Zoho Campaigns).
  • Strong understanding of lead funnels, nurturing, and conversion optimization.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
