Email Configuration & Integration

  • Set up and configure Zoho Campaigns for transactional, promotional and engagement email workflows.
  • Integrate Zoho Campaigns with the SaaS platform (via API or third-party connectors).
  • Create and manage mailing lists, segmentation, custom fields, and email templates.
  • Manage domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for email deliverability.

Email Marketing Strategy

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, nurturing sequences, and onboarding flows.
  • Build automated workflows for user lifecycle, product engagement, retention, and upselling.
  • Monitor open rates, CTR, bounce rates, and other KPIs to optimize campaigns.

IP Reputation & Warm-Up

  • Implement IP warm-up schedules to gradually increase email volume and establish domain/IP reputation.
  • Troubleshoot IP blocks, blacklistings, or spam filtering issues.
  • Liaise with Zoho and ISPs to resolve deliverability problems and manage sender reputation.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Zoho Campaigns' analytics to track performance and generate reports.
  • Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, and sending times.
  • Recommend improvements based on data insights and benchmarks.

Email Template Design & Optimization

  • Design and develop responsive, high-converting email templates using Zoho Campaigns' editor and/or HTML.
  • A/B test subject lines, CTAs, layouts, and content to improve open and click-through rates.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all email templates

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in email marketing, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Campaigns or similar platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability, IP warming, and anti-spam compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Experience with email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Familiarity with APIs and email marketing integrations with SaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of domain reputation tools (e.g., MXToolbox, Talos, Postmaster Tools).
  • HTML/CSS knowledge for email design is a plus.
