We're seeking an Email Marketing Executive to plan, create, and execute high-performing email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and convert prospects into customers. You'll work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to build and manage our email marketing strategy from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and send email marketing campaigns for product launches, newsletters, and promotions.
  • Segment email lists based on customer behaviors, interests, and demographics.
  • Write compelling subject lines and email copy that drive opens and clicks.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and mobile-friendly email templates.
  • Manage and maintain the email database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
  • A/B test campaigns to optimize subject lines, send times, and content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.).
  • Work with automation tools to build nurture workflows and drip campaigns.
  • Stay updated with email marketing trends, best practices, and deliverability techniques.

Requirements

  • 12+ in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (for email formatting) is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B email campaigns.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation and personalization tactics.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
  • Creativity in campaign ideation and testing new approaches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹33,205.07 per month
