Email Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute email campaigns and nurture workflows for IT service offerings.
- Build segmentation and personalization strategies for B2B decision-makers (CIO, CTO, IT Heads, Procurement, etc.).
- Drive lead generation using frameworks like lead scoring, MQL/SQL criteria, and funnel optimization.
- Use tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Mailchimp.
- Track KPIs (open rate, CTR, MQLs, SQLs, conversions) and run A/B tests.
- Collaborate with sales and content teams to align messaging with IT service offerings.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B email marketing within IT services or IT consulting.
- Strong understanding of the IT buyer journey and lead nurturing.
- Experience with email automation and CRM platforms.
- Good analytical skills and strong written communication.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with ABM, analytics dashboards, or marketing attribution models.
- Experience of US, Australia and MENA market will be preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
