Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute email campaigns and nurture workflows for IT service offerings.
  • Build segmentation and personalization strategies for B2B decision-makers (CIO, CTO, IT Heads, Procurement, etc.).
  • Drive lead generation using frameworks like lead scoring, MQL/SQL criteria, and funnel optimization.
  • Use tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Mailchimp.
  • Track KPIs (open rate, CTR, MQLs, SQLs, conversions) and run A/B tests.
  • Collaborate with sales and content teams to align messaging with IT service offerings.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B email marketing within IT services or IT consulting.
  • Strong understanding of the IT buyer journey and lead nurturing.
  • Experience with email automation and CRM platforms.
  • Good analytical skills and strong written communication.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with ABM, analytics dashboards, or marketing attribution models.
  • Experience of US, Australia and MENA market will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
