Role: Email Marketing & Automation Specialist
Objective:
To strategize, create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using automation tools to drive customer engagement, lead nurturing, conversions, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Management
- Plan, write, design, and send promotional, transactional, and lifecycle email campaigns.
- Develop campaign calendars aligned with product launches, events, and sales goals.
- Email Automation & Flows
- Create and manage automated email workflows such as welcome sequences, abandoned cart emails, re-engagement campaigns, etc.
- Set up behavior-based triggers and conditions using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.
- Segmentation & Personalization
- Build targeted email lists based on user behavior, demographics, purchase history, and CRM data.
- Personalize content for higher engagement and conversion.
- A/B Testing & Optimization
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, layouts, and sending times.
- Use insights to improve open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate, unsubscribe rate, ROI).
- Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Database Management
- Ensure clean and compliant email lists through regular maintenance.
- Handle GDPR/consent-based email practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with design, content, sales, and product teams to align messaging and branding.
- Support lead nurturing and customer journey initiatives.
- Tool Management
- Manage and troubleshoot marketing automation platforms and integrations with CRM or website.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹5, ₹10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
