We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the strategic leader for our most valuable clients, focusing on building long-term partnerships and driving mutual growth. You are a relationship builder, a strategic thinker, and a proactive problem-solver with a passion for helping our clients succeed.
Key Objectives
- Expand Existing Accounts: Drive significant revenue growth by identifying and executing cross-selling and upselling strategies within your assigned portfolio of key accounts. Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize customer value and increase wallet share.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including C-level executives. You'll ensure MyOperator is deeply embedded within our clients' business processes, strengthening our long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
- Generate Goodwill & Advocacy: Proactively identify opportunities to turn successful partnerships into new business references, testimonials, and detailed case studies. You'll leverage satisfied clients to drive new business acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to align on strategic goals, identify growth opportunities, and present tailored value propositions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for strategic client issues, ensuring prompt resolution and a high degree of satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to effectively position our solutions.
- Continuously track and report on sales activities, account progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
- Partner with our Marketing team to develop compelling success stories and testimonials that highlight the value we deliver to enterprise customers.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand the company's reach and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in enterprise account management within the SaaS or allied industries. A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth is essential.
- Skills: Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex client environments. You must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Mindset: A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales productivity software. Knowledge of the Indian enterprise market and telephony solutions is a significant advantage. The ability to understand and explain technical concepts is also required.
- Data-Driven: The candidate should be able to use data to drive decisions, track customer success metrics, and optimize team performance.
