Job Summary:
The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with assigned clients. This role involves working closely with brands to understand their needs, implement strategic solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of our products/services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in client relationship management, strategy implementation, and experience working with top-tier brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
- Understand client goals and objectives, and align our services/products to meet their needs effectively.
- Account Growth & Development:
- Identify opportunities for account growth by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver results that exceed client expectations.
- Monitor and report on account performance, using data to suggest improvements and drive client success.
- Strategic Implementation:
- Work with clients to develop and implement strategies that enhance their business success.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure the seamless execution of strategies.
- Analyze market trends and client data to propose innovative solutions that align with client goals.
- Brand Collaboration:
- Collaborate with well-known brands, understanding their unique challenges and delivering solutions that align with their brand values.
- Ensure all brand communications and strategies are consistent with client objectives and the company's goals.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, account status, and market trends.
- Provide actionable insights to clients based on data analysis and industry knowledge.
- Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution:
- Proactively address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients.
- Ensure that all client concerns are handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience working with brands, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to implement effective strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
