Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive sales, and ensure long-term business growth. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills to deliver value to both clients and the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify client needs and provide customized solutions to maximize value.
- Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and account growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of services/products.
- Handle client escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare and present account performance reports, forecasts, and sales insights.
- Explore opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand account portfolio.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client servicing (preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data analysis.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric approach.
