We're looking for a Key Account Manager who's passionate about building relationships, managing performance funnels, and driving business outcomes through insight and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with key partners.
- Own the end-to-end business funnel-from lead generation to conversion and performance tracking.
- Identify opportunities to grow business volumes with existing partners and new ones.
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Tech, Ops) to resolve issues and enhance partner journeys.
- Analyze data, share performance insights, and ensure monthly business targets are achieved.
- Act as a single point of contact for your accounts - driving trust, accountability, and measurable impact.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Partnerships, or Business Development, ideally in Fintech, BFSI, or Digital Platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with data, funnels, and performance metrics.
- Proactive, ownership-driven attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
