About Us:
We seek a dynamic and motivated Junior Key Account Manager to join our sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing key customer accounts, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will support the senior sales team, handle customer accounts, and play an integral part in building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take and process orders from company clients through the sales team, ensuring accurate entry and tracking throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain client details for company documents and order processing.
- Create invoices, manage account records, and coordinate with clients for timely payments.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders.
- Oversee the entire order-to-delivery process, ensuring smooth transitions across stages to support seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications:
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts effectively.
